At Flack Manor we are passionate about beer! 

Being a brewery our customers would expect us to make this statement, therefore it should go without saying so we probably don't say it enough.

At Flack Manor quality and food safety are our top priorities!

This is a claim made by most but we feel that we should be able to back it up. For this reason, every year we put ourselves through a rigorous external audit of all of our systems and procedures, this year is no exception.

We spend a lot of time and of course money to get SALSA accreditation which is a much higher level than the law requires. This is so that our customers can be sure that the beer they serve to their customers is produced to a very high standard.

We are very proud of what we do and the people we have doing it. Next time you are enjoying a Flack's beer, be assured it is made with passion and to a very high standard.
