Click & Collect
Some changes at Flack's for you to be aware of.
While conducting our latest risk assessments we identified that it was becoming increasingly difficult to insure the safety of our customers during operating hours at the brewery.
For this reason we have decided to limit Click & Collect hours to coincide with Taproom opening hours, Currently
Fridays 12noon - 8pm
Saturdays 2pm - 8pm.We hope to extend the Taproom hours during the summer months and the festive period.
Please be aware that Click & Collect will no longer be available outside of Taproom opening hours.
Please take advantage of our Free Local Delivery service if the Taproom hours do not suit.

Taproom Opening Hours
Walk-in purchases of Bottles, Cans, Clothing and Merchandise available.
Collection of Pre-ordered Draught Beer Available.
Friday - 12noon-8pm
Saturday 2pm - 8pm
Ordering
- Browse the Online Brewery Store and add products to the cart.
- When you have finished shopping go to your cart and adjust the quantities required.
- Click "Check Out*
- From the next page select "Pick Up" or "Local Delivery".
- Continue through the payment process.
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
Collecting
- The Brewery is located at; Unit 8 Romsey Industrial. Estate, Greatbridge Road, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 0HR
- Come into the Brewery Taproom during opening hours (Friday 12-8pm & Saturday 2-8pm).
- Let the bar staff know you are collecting an order, give your name and order number.
- Your order will be brought to you and taken out to your vehicle if necessary.
